Zhengzhou Ruilong Accessories Weaving Co., Ltd
Zhengzhou Ruilong Accessories Weaving Co., Ltd has been dedicated to the innovative R&D and precision weaving of SUCTION TAPES and GARNITURE TAPES for cigarette machines since it was founded in 2002. Based in Zhengzhou, China, the company runs a 1,495 m² intelligent production plant with a total manufacturing area of 3,000 m², covering research, production and inspection in one system.
Innovation Drives Development
The company combines international materials with Chinese intelligent manufacturing, and has made two breakthroughs in weaving:
- A self-developed intelligent synchronous warp-feeding system, run on 16 fully automatic lines, weaves to a tolerance of 0.1 mm and replaces the traditional passive feeding process;
- Micro-controlled digital electronic welding bonds the material at molecular level across 4 intelligent lines, replacing the manual chemical bonding used for decades.
The company currently holds 15 core patents and 4 software copyrights; its welding-part composite strengthening process is the first of its kind in China.
Intelligent Manufacturing System
Certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), the company has built a digital production matrix:
- Full-process automation holds the process parameters within ±0.5%;
- molecular-level material blending keeps the heat-resistance index at 180 °C under continuous duty;
- a four-dimensional wear test regime gives a service life more than 30% above the industry standard;
- annual output passes 200,000 pieces across 176 specifications in 3 categories, for cigarette plants worldwide;
- an in-house ERP system manages every production step and process parameter digitally.
Global Value Creation
We work to a four-part innovation agenda:
- Materials science: a polymer database for molecular-level material matching;
- Process innovation: digital, intelligent and precision weaving;
- Equipment iteration: the third generation of weaving and welding lines, upgraded for intelligence;
- a full product life-cycle management system.
Drawing on that experience in precision transmission, Ruilong Weaving supplies high-performance, well-fitted tape solutions to cigarette producers in more than 10 countries. We will keep investing at least 8% of annual revenue in R&D to upgrade production, and aim to become a reference for intelligent manufacturing in tobacco machinery parts.
